Poona, Dec 1: Pooja Ranawat, an IRS officer, stands as a testament to unwavering consistency in her journey to success. She achieved success in the UPSC exams in 2017 with an All India Rank (AIR) of 258, showcasing dedication and persistence as the hallmarks of her remarkable journey.

After completing her primary and secondary education in her hometown of Pune, Pooja pursued a degree in Psychology at Fergusson College in Pune. Even during her college years, Pooja embarked on her UPSC preparation journey alongside her regular studies.

Pooja faced initial challenges in clearing the UPSC prelims, struggling through four attempts without success. Undeterred, her determination grew stronger after each setback. She adapted her approach to the examination, ultimately achieving success in her fifth attempt in 2017.

Currently, Pooja serves as a Deputy Commissioner in the Income Tax department, reflecting the culmination of her hard work and perseverance.
