Mangaluru: CREDAI plans grand realty expo in March 2024 showcasing diverse real estate offerings

Mangaluru, Dec 7: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (Mangalore) is set to organize a Realty Expo over two days in March 2024 at TMA Pai Hall, as announced by CREDAI President Vinod Pinto.

Speaking to the media on Thursday, December 7, Vinod Pinto stated, "CREDAI Mangalore will host a comprehensive realty expo on March 9th and 10th, 2024. The expo will feature a range of properties, including budget flats, villas, luxury apartments, gated communities, suites, commercial spaces, co-working zones, and exhibitors from the construction materials, lifts, bathroom fittings, banking, and financial sectors, as well as premium car dealers."

The two-day expo is expected to have over 50 participating builders. Spot financing options, attractive offers, and gift vouchers will be available during the event.

In addition to Vinod Pinto, the event was addressed by vice president Prashanth Sanil, secretary Guru M Rao, joint secretary Lakshmish Bhandary, and other CREDAI officials, including Naveen Cardoza, Dheeraj Amin, and Rohan Monteiro.
