Mumbai, Dec 18: The U-16 football team of St Lawrence High School, Borivali emerged as the champions in the interschool football championship organized by Poisar Gymkhana, Kandivali, in which 26 schools from Mumbai participated.
The footballers of St Lawrence High School secured victory in an exciting final match against Don Bosco High School, Borivali, with a score of 1-0.
The school congratulated the team on their achievement and expresses profound gratitude to the founder chairman, Dr A F Pinto, and the managing director, Dr Grace Pinto, for their visionary approach in integrating sports into education.
