Kundapur: Revanna’s Hasty Visit to Kollur

Kundapur, Sep 10: Unscheduled visit by JDS leader and former state minister, H D Revanna, to Kolulur Goddess Mookambika Temple in the taluk, raised many eyebrows.

Revanna arrived at the temple without any advance intimation, at around 2 am on Friday. He offered special puja to the Goddess early morning on Friday, and went back.

Even the policemen had no knowledge that the dignitary was visiting the town. When approached, Revanna refused to either speak to the press men or get photographed.

Revanna had visited the temple town about a month back and performed Chandika Homa. His sudden and short visit this time was very surprising.
