Kasargod, Jan 1: Excise sleuths of Kumble have arrested a person who was in possession of marijuana.
Abdul Ghafoor (37) of Uppal Jodukal is the arrested accused. On receiving confirmed information, the police swooped down on the accused in a raid when the latter was handing over ganja to a team near Bekur.
The police seized half a kilo of ganja from Gafoor and arrested him.
Excise officials said that Gafoor was an accused in a case of ganja trafficking earlier as well.
