Stop going to temples that don’t let you in, says CM Siddaramaiah

Bengaluru, Jan 9 (IANS): Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday said that people should stop going to those temples which don't allow them inside.

Speaking at a book release programme organised by Savita Samaj at Gandhi Bhavan in Bengaluru, Siddaramaiah said, “Social reformer from Kerala Narayana Guru had asked people to stop going to temples where they are not allowed. You build your own temple and start worshipping. You should follow this.

“Until the end, I will carry forward the politics of self-respect and social justice. All our programmes will be poor-centric. Our programmes have reached houses. I won’t value the criticism by the BJP. The people are with me."

The CM further said, "In the name of religion and caste, hating Muslims, Dalits, Shudras and labour class is utter inhuman and ugly.

"No job is superior or inferior. All work possesses the same and equal dignity. Everyone needs to carry out work with dignity. There is no lower virtue than hatred of human beings. The concept of hell, heaven are nowhere, they are very much here. Mutual respect among humans is the biggest virtue. It is correct that God is present, but it is not correct to argue that God is only present in temples. God is everywhere," he said.

Sidda is jealous, and despite so much hatred from his party, Shri Ram Mandir is completed successfully. Sidda's statement indicates that he can't see Hindus united. Our Yogi's will never let our Bharath to any crooks .

The rank and file hindus fought day and night for the construction of Ram temple and when it is now ready the invite goes to only slected people belonging to high society. This alone proves the point that the whole conspiracy was to build the vote bank and not the temple for worship. People should think twice before getting into tasks which politicians instigate to build their base.

Sachidanada S.Dubai ,what CM has said very true. Why he should be asked to come and visit temple where others are not allowed to temple even when they beg?One goes to temple or other prayer places with their own wish ,not on temple priests ask.Where others are not allowed to enter even a child.Does God different for upper classes and Dalits different?Other temples Ministers go pray accept some theertha and next day all papers are full from it.Does God want any publication ?One should go to temple or prayer places silently to offer his prayers and have a minute for his inne. Not publication or to tell this MLA or PM has gone to certain temple.God wants people are poor or rich be simple and honest.
