Mumbai, Sep 19: Bollywood’s very own Madhuri Dixit is now planning to return to the city and move back for good from the US where she has been residing till date with her husband, Denver-based cardiovascular surgeon Shriram Madhav Nene and two children Arin and Ryan.

The 44-year-old actress informed her fans on social networking site Twitter, saying, "For all my fans, we are relocating to India! It will be good to be back home.”

After ruling the Bollywood film industry for over two decades in the 80s and 90s, Madhuri had moved to US after her wedding to Nene. She made her comeback film in 2007 with Aaja Nachle and was recently back in India as a judge on a dance-based reality show.

On being questioned about her decision to settle down in India, Madhuri said that she and her husband thought that it is best to return to India for their children. She said, “It would be a great experience culturally for them. This is where their roots are. They are at an age where they can adapt quickly. They’ll be giving up their friends here [in America], but they are looking forward to making friends there [India]. I want them to learn Hindi and Marathi. I think it will be an exciting time for them too.”
