RIP , Teacher Anita madam. Our traffic Police, Tipper Owner, and administration is accountable for this. Nowadays youngster from north Karnataka are most of the tipper drivers. Better to check their licence daily, because if regular tipper drivers take leaves, these youngsters work as a casual drivers . RTO also must alert.
