Pro-Pak slogan arrests: Udupi MLA for action against newly elected MP Hussain

Daijiworld Media Network - Udupi

Udupi, Mar 4: "Naseer Hussain might be a threat to the nation. He might be a threat if he enters the Rajya Sabha. Action should be initiated to remove him from his membership," urged Udupi MLA Yashpal Suvarna.

He was addressing media persons while reacting to the arrest of three individuals for shouting pro-Pakistan slogans during the victory celebration of Congress's Rajya Sabha candidate Naseer Hussain in the polls at Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru last week.

MLA Yashpal Suvarna said, "This was an incident where the whole nation bowed in shame. Naseer Hussain's background should be checked and also a thorough investigation is needed as to how did such individuals enter Vidhana Soudha. The backgrounds of those arrested should also be verified."

He said, "There might be a link between these slogans and bomb blasts that rocked a popular cafe in Bengaluru. There is a conspiracy to agitate against the central government and Hindu religion. Congress leaders' statements were a joke. Now, they have to run for cover and wear a burqa. Congress should change its name to  Congress Muslim and join hands with Muslim League. Let them go either to Bangladesh or Pakistan."

If anybody made wrong, he should taste the punishment regardless of his religion, but you people are biased and always against minorities. Why to take action against MP Hussain? Why not action against Pratap Sinha? have you spoke against Pratap Sinha who issued entry pass to terrorists to enter the Parliament. speak with maturity and respect your position.

Meaningless statement. If Any person shouting slogans ,,, (any type)who standing near you, if Police arrest you ,are you ready for this ??? Punishment should be to those who shouted and not others who are nearby. Education is more important.

What transpired in the name of felicitation chants is really deplorable and all must condemn it... Mr. Khader was critically to the point and said guilty must be punished... But that does not make Nasir responsible for the utterances of someone in the crowd... If you look apple to apple Pratap should have been expelled then and there for having given passes to the seemingly false bombers... But in both cases law makers have no direct role to play in both the incidents... Punish the guilty when case is proved in courts of law and let the others do their work... If talking like this Yashapala will have to return to vasooli field once again which is his core competence... Actually Modiji must send him behinf Mallyas and his brethren hiding abroad...
