Mangaluru, Mar 10: Security agencies have intensified the search to find the  accused in the bomb blast that occurred at The Rameshwaram Café in Bengaluru. Coastal police have also increased patrol in the coastal region for the same reason.

Coastal police are monitoring boats and rented houses on the beaches. The NIA has already sought help from public to trace the suspected bomber. It has also asked all security agencies to be on high alert.

Sources said that there is a possibility that the suspected bomber might have gone to Bhatkal or some other place via the sea route.

During the Mumbai bomb attacks, the convicted bomber Kasab had arrived on boat. Similarly, to mislead the investigating agencies, the bomber might have taken sea route.

Sources also said that information is being gathered on whether some stranger has gone on the fishing boat in the guise of a fisherman.
