Ruman, a passenger took to X to express his anguish against Air India. As per his post the passengers were made to wait for 40 minutes at the entrance while boarding the flight. Two hours later they were alighted citing a technical snag in the flight.

It is beyond frustrating to constantly deal with delays and inefficiencies when flying with Indian based airlines. I have lost count of the number of times my flights have been delayed/rescheduled. It is no wonder that people prefer to choose international carriers over the unreliable services of Air India, Indigo, and Spice Jet. The stark difference in quality and efficiency is clear when comparing them to airlines like Emirates and Saudia. It's time for Indian airlines to step up their game and prioritize customer satisfaction.

What can one expect from Air India express ?? one of the most useless airline. It is surprising that they found the technical snag only after boarding the passengers. It is the duty of the Capt and First officer to check the previous write up done by the landed Capt., and ensuring all the technical works are been done. But who cares ? Air India pilots think, they are the king of skies and don't even arrive at the airport well in time. I am sure, in the name of technical snag, pilot must have delayed, which is okay with the airline, but if the same is been done by the passenger, then they declare as no show and will leave the passenger back. One of the most filthy airline in the world is Air India express, but M'loreans have no choice then to use this lously airline due to being monopoly.

Unfortunately, if there are technical issues the bird can't fly. Four hours or life choice is not difficult.

Nowadays Trains are more reliable. Think much of air traffic to Bangalore is the Corporate class where their companies pay. Or some extreme emergencies. A night train to Blore by A/C any time better than flight!

"Status" aur "Show Off" ka problem hai. You don't waste a single day by train/ bus but if you count the travel time from city to airport at both ens and reporting time add to actual travel time it is faster by train/ bus, but..but..but one can't say " I came by flight ".
