    GUMMUDI MEIN SUMMDI JOSSEY BHAI...the valuation is done by the northies...so most of them get through...sab kala dandha hai bhai...nothing is fair and square...chalta hai..as such south Indians are not considered in the administratio of the country...may be just 10 percent compared to other state people..
