Sullia, Mar 11: District in-charge, health and family welfare minister Dinesh Gundu Rao said that decision of whether to ban the dish gobi manchurian or not will be taken on Monday. Tests on the dish are already conducted and the final decision will be arrived on Monday.

The governments of Puducherry and Tamil Nadu are contemplating to ban the production and marketing of cotton candy after Rhodamine B, a colour, causing cancer was found in it. The Karnataka government also started collecting its samples after the reports. As per the reports, Rhodamine B that is carcinogenic can cause cancer to those who consume it.

Most of the Hotels give Parcels in plastic containers. Hot Sambhars, Rasams, sabzi will cause the chemicals of plastic get inside the food. petty shops selling tea generally give Hot tea and coffe in plastic Cups or Cups made of Wax. These are life threatening as much as the coulourants. Dineshji better Ban these first as there are alternatives without much affecting the livelihood of the vendors.

Tobacco and alcohol are good for the govt. since they bring lucrative revenue. Drugs are more harmful when compared to tobacco and alcohol.
