Mangalore, Sep 29: Leon Fernandes has secured the eighth rank at the all-India-level and second rank in Karnataka in the National Talent Search Examinations conducted by NCERT.

Leon is the son of Winnie and Ronald Fernandes and a resident of Derebail.

Studying in ninth standard at Lourdes Central School, Bejai here, Leon undertook training at Manipal Career Excellence training centre at Kuntikan.
