Udupi, Mar 21: Sharfuddin Sheik has been appointed as the president of Udupi district Congress minority cell.
 
The appointment comes from the national coordinator and state incharge of Karnataka for minority department of AICC Herbal N Gala. 
 
Imran Prathpgarhi has approved the appointments.
