Mangaluru: SCDCC Bank achieves record-breaking profit of Rs 79.09 cr in fiscal year

Mangaluru, Apr 4: The SCDCC Bank has achieved a record-breaking profit of Rs 79.09 crore for the fiscal year ending on March 31.

Dr Rajendra Kumar, president of SCDCC Bank, announced that this marks a significant increase from the previous year's profit of Rs 61.29 crore, reflecting a growth of 29.04%. This profit stands as a historic achievement for SCDCC Bank.

Furthermore, the bank reported a turnover of Rs 15,540.80 crore, compared to Rs 13,514.51 crore the previous year, marking a substantial increase of 14.99%. Looking ahead, the bank aims to reach a turnover of Rs 18,000 crore in the fiscal year 2024-25.

SCDCC Bank, with its 113 branches, boasts a total deposit of Rs 7,221.37 crore.

In addition, the bank has distributed 137,010 Rupay Kisan credit cards to farmers and 80,668 Rupay debit cards to its customers.

In line with its future plans, SCDCC Bank is committed to introducing internet banking, Bharat bill payment system, establishing 10 new branches, and implementing an interbank mobile payment system.
