People's negligence is the cause of illness; we sees and knows many incidents daily is unable to take care of herself even though. Tragedy, problems arise, wake up to extremes, and then the end approaches, where to go and how to solve it. That is why not taking care of one's own physical health is the main reason for the deterioration of human mental health.

Currently there are many systems for health care like yoga, ayurveda, homeopathy, allopathic and there is goodness in all of them. But all these are commercialized and in this background people hesitate to visit doctors and hospitals. Even those who are well-educated should be convinced of this and take care of their health and stay healthy Suresh Rao advises.

Post graduate student of the department Vidya Ramakrishna provided technical assistance and Kala Bhagwat proposed vote of thanks.
