Mangaluru, Apr 18: Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College is completing 40 years of inception and completing 20 years of the Homoeopathic Pharmaceutical division being instilled at Deralakatte this year.
The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and is recognized by National Commission for Homoeopathyand Department of Ministry of AYUSH, New Delhi.
Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital is a regional centre of ‘Pharmacovigilance’ under the ministry of AYUSH and identified as centre for training programme in clinical research methods for all MD (Hom) students of RGUHS. The college has emerged as a premier medical institute in research, academic excellence, patient care by providing commendable and exemplary services to the society with the motto ‘Heal and Comfort’. The college conducts under graduate programme and post graduate programmes in 7 specialties.
34th Graduation Ceremony at Father Muller Convention Center, Kankanady
The Graduation Ceremony will be held on Saturday, April 20 at 10 am in the Father Muller convention Centre Kankanady, Mangaluru. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, Bishop of Mangalore Diocese and president of Father Muller Charitable Institutions will preside over the ceremony. The chief guest for the programme Prof Dr M S Moodithaya, vice chancellor, NITTE (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru will honour the Graduands.
On this day, 85 Under Graduands will be graduating and 25 Post Graduates will be awarded with MD (Hom) degree.The 7 BHMS rank holders of 2017-18 batch declared by RGUHS will be honoured on this occasion.
The President’s Gold Medal for the best outgoing undergraduate student will be announced and presented. And also, the best outgoing postgraduate student of 2020-21 batch will be announced and honoured.
Post-graduation course at Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College crossed the milestone of 25 years of its existence and as a culmination of the silver jubilee, a national post graduate conference, RAJATHOTHSAVA will be held on May 18.
World Homoeopathy Day 2024 commemorating the 269th birth anniversary of Dr Samuel Hahnemann will be celebrated at FMHMC on April 30.
