Both are in a hurry to reach their destination. School bus always in a hurry because if students late means problems., private buses in a hurry to catch passengers. My idea is all schools and college buses must start atleast 45 minutes early to avoid this type of accidents and traffic jams.

Have noticed many school bus drivers driving rashly. It's worse than express city bus drivers. Kindly educate and warn school and college bus drivers.
