Mumbai, Oct 22: If one thought that Shah Rukh Khan was done with his lavish expenditure on 'RA.One', take a second thought. It is learnt that Shah Rukh has purchased a whole building at 15th Road in Khar.

His new office is a massive place of around 40,000 square feet area. The new office block will house all other offices like his Red Chillies production office, TV production, Idiot Box and also his VFX studio.  The 12-floor office will be fully functional from next year.

His old office on the second floor of Mannat will continue to function as usual even though a majority of his staff will operate from the new location.

Sources say that the property was purchased by the star last year itself, however, the construction work took more time than expected.

Co-incidentally, the office also happens to be situated close to best-buddy in the industry, film maker Karan Johar's office.
