Trusting the communication, Ramesh transferred Rs 10.87 lac from his account to a State Bank of India (SBI) account belonging to a person identified as Suresh Kumar, claimed to be a member of Investors Alliance. Immediately after the transaction, Ramesh found himself blocked from further contact with the group via WhatsApp.

Authorities from the city police station are currently investigating the incident to gather more information and apprehend those responsible.

These diameters know that there is lot of money floating around with areca and pepper prices making life time highs! What with the big publicity the stock market got around election results time that even farmers from rural areas, gudda angadi shop owners, auto drivers have started investing in the mandi!! Please note that this is a very personal opinion; kindly don't believe in somebody's personal opinion!

People who think about making more money quickly often fall victim to such investments. And those who are highly educated become targets of fraud more easily
