Kundapur: Scooter falls under truck – Mother, daughter escape with minor injuries

Kundapur, Jun 24: A scooter was involved in an accident with a truck near Sangam Junction on the Kundapur-Byndoor NH 66 on Sunday June 23. Miraculously, the mother and daughter traveling on the scooter sustained only minor injuries.

The injured individuals have been identified as Rosy and her daughter Renis. They were admitted to a private hospital in the city for treatment.

The truck involved in the accident was traveling from Haryana to Kozhikode. The scooter was severely damaged due to the collision.

Kundapur traffic police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.

    Not even a day passes of without the news of an accident! Luckily here both mother and duaghter escaped unhurt Please drive carefully and follow traffic rules I feel very sad when I hear the news of an accident because I beleive that is preventable
