Citizens will definitely hesitate in keeping cattle in their backyard, as pilfering cattle has become a lucrative cottage industry. To nullify daily criminal activities, the state must provide appropriate "Guarantees " ( Freebies ) for these talented, jobless individuals !!!!

Sir, you think lack of job opportunities push them to steal cows? You are wrong. There are many Hindu and Christian youth make a decent living by taking up all sorts of work like sales man, store sales person, masonry, carpentry and so on and on. But these guys take pleasure in earning illegally. If you read the news everyday about these petty crimes, you can definitely infer that it is in the blood.

First the cattle owners SHOULD learn discipline to breed the cattles in their own yards....no use of blaming the thieves.....if you find 500 rupees will you ignore it,. So the cattle owners SHOULD behave properly... All the problems will be solved
