Puttur, Jun 27: “Success is certain if employees work together towards the development and prosperity of the organization. Change is the rule of the world. If every individual responds positively to change, miracles can be created. With self-confidence, we will only think of good things. We should learn to appreciate ourselves and not push ourselves down for any reason. Think positively. If we work as a team, we can achieve the impossible,” said principal of the college Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro. He shared these insights while chairing a one-day faculty development program under the auspices of the staff development and appraisal cell of St Philomena College on ‘Navigating the Transition: From an Affiliated College to an Autonomous Institution'.
