KE to host entrepreneurship development programme in Bengaluru on Jul 27

Bengaluru, Jul 17: Kanara Entrepreneurs (KE), a not-for-profit organisation nurturing entrepreneurs, is conducting an entrepreneurship development programme (EDP) on July 27 in Bengaluru.

Primary goal of this initiative is to help young entrepreneurs & start-up founders to sharpen their skills, aspiring entrepreneurs to learn, professionals and executives to understand what it takes to be an entrepreneur.

It will be a full day programme with a series of sessions on 5 most important and relevant topics: 1) Building a great team, 2) Digital marketing 3) Finance for entrepreneurs & leaders 4) Art of selling and 5) Raising funds for the business. Participants would also get an opportunity to network and connect with speakers, fellow participants and also with KE Bangalore board members and lead members most of whom are industry leaders in their respective business verticals.

KE has invited industry 6 subject matter experts as speakers for this session: 1) Kiran Veigas - GM & head - corporate marketing & communications at Happiest Minds, 2) Charles Gomes, CEO at CAD Pharma, 3) Rohit Fernandes, co-founder & CEO, Brands of Bharat, 4) CA Jasmine Pinto , co-founder & partner at Finzcurve, 5) Sunil Attavar, chairman & MD and 6) Pramod D’Souza, co-founder, Eagle10 Ventures.

The programme is open to all and fees for the programme is discounted for members of Kanara Entrepreneurs and their children who might get into continuing their respective family businesses. Also final year students of some of the prominent B-schools in Bengaluru who would be passing out soon are encouraged to attend this programme with a 70% student discount. This is to give industry perspective to those students aspiring to get into entrepreneurship.
