When we were young and going to school , that time also there was rain more than this with lightening and thunderstorms, but that time no holidays was declaring. We used to keep one set of dress in the school. Those who are wet used to change .Nowadays most all are going to school in school buses,or in private cars or Rickshaw. Few only coming by walk and wearing raincoats. Hardly no one will get wet. Why holidays for them???
