Mangaluru: Eugine Wilfred Pinto, chairman of Manasa Amusement Water Park, passes away

Mangaluru, Jul 24: Eugine Wilfred Pinto, the chairman of Manasa Amusement Water Park in Pilikula, passed away on Wednesday, July 24.

He was hospitalized a few days ago due to ill health.

Pinto had a distinguished career in the amusement industry, having served in top positions in several similar companies including GM Amusement Park before taking charge as chairman of Manasa Amusement Water Park in 2020. Under his leadership, the amusement park gained immense popularity and reached new heights, significantly contributing to Mangaluru’s tourism sector.

Known for his lively, energetic, and philanthropic nature, Pinto's contributions to the entertainment industry were widely recognized. His untimely demise has left the industry in shock.

Eugine Wilfred Pinto was a native of Gurpur and is survived by his wife and two children. 

Funeral cortege leaves residence "Holy Spirit", at 2:45 pm on Friday, July 26 for Our Lady of Pompei Church, Gurpur, Kaikamba, followed by viewing from 3:00 pm and Mass at 3:30pm.

    Deep condolences to Bai Irene and the bereved family at the untimely demise of Wilfy bab. He was my friend for over 20 years. Wilfy bab, a thorough gentleman, man of few words,affectionate and a workholic. From Sweden I had a chat with him on July 10th and I was supposed to meet him on Aug 2, 2024 at Kaikamba!!
