Cancel their license, all bar who practice these activities should be shut down. They should not allow any one below the age of 21 to drink in Pubs and pubs, and they should not allow any person to consume alcohol in open public place. Drivers, Machine operators should not be allowed to drink while on duty. The license cancellation should be stern and irrevocable by the Central excise department.

First just a party, then alcohol party, later rave party. Students will lose interest in studies once they are addicted such toxic environment. Im absolutely shocked how come some parents support this. Parties and pub culture can be enjoyed later also, but studies should be completed within those age frame Pls dont spoil indian culture . Our culture richest in whole world. Coz it doesn't harm any human health. Bharatanatyam, yoga, dandiya, kuchipudi, kolata etc etc is so beautiful.
