Bengaluru, Aug 4: As part of the ruling Congress party’s mass agitation or Jana Andolana programme against the BJP-JD(S) padayatra over the alleged MUDA scam, Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar, other ministers and senior party leaders participated at a programme in Channapatna on Sunday.
“We will expose the misdeeds and corruption of BJP rule,” Shivakumar said.
The Deputy Chief Minister said the Congress government would oppose the show cause notice issued by Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot on the complaint lodged by social activist Abraham.
A bike rally was also organised as part of the Jana Andolana programme in which Shivakumar participated.
