Mangaluru, Aug 6: As the real estate sector booms in the city, Rao & Rai Real Estate launched their new website portal, 'Landtradesmangalore.com,' on Tuesday, August 6.
Walter Nandalike, managing director of Daijiworld, who inaugurated the website said, "The 'landtradesmangalore.com' portal will facilitate and boost all kinds of real estate activities. It will also help NRIs and those living abroad to invest in real estate. This portal, developed by Rao & Rai Real Estate, will provide accurate and reliable information, unlike some agents who misguide buyers and sellers. In today's digital world, even real estate transactions have gone digital. This portal will enable people living in other countries and different states to invest and contribute to the development of our district."
Prasanna Rao, co-partner of Rao & Rai Real Estate, added, "In today's world, everyone knows about real estate. When I entered this sector, I realized there was no transparency for buyers and sellers, and they were not receiving crucial information. Hence, we planned to launch this portal where buyers and sellers can access essential information before investing in properties.
