Kasargod, Aug 19: Railway police have arrested a man with approximately 5.97 kilos of ganja at the Kasargod railway station.

The arrested individual has been identified as Arun Kumar (27) from from Manjattodi of Bayikatte in Paivalike.

On Sunday night, Arun Kumar was found acting suspiciously on Platform 1 of the Kasaragod railway station. When questioned by the police, he gave evasive answers. Upon inspecting the plastic cover he was carrying, the police discovered the ganja.
