Kasargod: Man arrested in connection with Rs 50 lac ATM cash van robbery

Kasargod, Sep 4: The Manjeshwar police arrested an accused in connection with the Rs 50 lac robbery from an ATM cash van.

The arrested individual is identified as Muthu Kumaran (47) from Tirutti village in Tamil Nadu.

He was apprehended by a special police team in Tiruchirappalli.

The robbery took place on March 27, when a gang of three executed the heist in broad daylight, stealing Rs 50 lac from a van that was delivering cash to an Axis Bank ATM in Uppala.
