Bengaluru, Sep 11: Actresses Shubha Poonja and Ragini Dwivedi have both denied allegations that they received obscene messages from Renukaswamy, a key figure in the ongoing murder case.
The charge sheet had suggested that Renukaswamy sent inappropriate messages to them, but both actresses have refuted these claims. Poonja and Dwivedi clarified that they have not received any such messages and expressed that the reports do not reflect their experiences.
Shubha Poonja has clarified that she has not received any such messages. "Since this morning, media friends have been asking me about this issue. I want to clarify that I have not received any obscene messages in my personal account," Poonja stated.
Similarly, Ragini Dwivedi has also addressed the allegations. "My profile is managed by an agency, so I have no information about receiving obscene messages. Even if such messages were sent, I would not read them," Dwivedi explained in her statement. She assured that no inappropriate messages have come to her attention.
According to police investigations, Renukaswamy allegedly used fake accounts to send obscene messages to multiple actresses. Two accused, Pradosh and Vinay, have admitted to sending these messages and indicated that Renukaswamy targeted several actresses, not just those initially mentioned.
