London, Nov 22 (IANS): Basketball player Kris Humphries says he is going through a "difficult time" following his split from socialite Kim Kardashian after just 72 days of marriage.

The 31-year-old Kim filed for divorce from the basketball player Oct 31, and Kris has now spoken publicly for the first time about his personal difficulties.

"As you all know, this has been a difficult time in my life, and I'm so grateful my friends for their unwavering support," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Kris as saying.
