Kasargod, Sep 22: In a tragic incident near Manjeshwar in Kadambar, a one-year-old child died after falling into a water-filled bucket on September 21. The deceased child, Fatima, was the daughter of K A Harris and Khairunnisa of Kadambar.
The child was reportedly playing inside the house when she accidentally fell into a bucket of water in the bathroom.
Although family members quickly noticed and rushed her to the hospital, she was declared dead on arrival.
Manjeshwar police have registered a case of unnatural death.
