Mangaluru, Sep 30: Dhanraj Ganiga clinched the IBBFF Active Fit IFBB Mr Universe 2024 India Champion of Champions title in the men's senior bodybuilding event held in Mumbai on September 21 and 22.
Ganiga, who hails from Mangaluru and trains at Zeus Fitness Club, is now an IFBB Pro Card holder, qualifying him for the prestigious Arnold Classic 2025 in Spain. He has been training under Shamanth Shetty and has pursued bodybuilding for 13 years.
In recognition of his international achievements, Zeus Fitness Club felicitated Dhanraj Ganiga on Monday, September 30. The event was attended by Zeus Fitness Club owner Rajesh Patali, coach Shivanand, Shamanth Shetty, Kabeer Sheikh, businessman Pruthvi Alva, trainer Roshan Bengre, and Ashwath Karkera.
Dhanraj expressed his joy, saying, "Winning the Mr Universe title and earning the IFBB Pro Card was a dream come true. I have put in a lot of effort, with immense support from Zeus Fitness, coach Shamanth Shetty, and Kabeer Sheikh. Now, my focus is on the Arnold Classic 2025, and I aim to make both Mangaluru and India proud."
