Mangaluru: Two youths drown at Malavoor bridge – One body recovered

Mangaluru, Oct 1: The mortal remains of Aneesh (19), a resident of Urwa Store, who drowned in the Phalguni river on Sunday, were recovered by diving experts from Bengre on Monday.

The search continues for the body of Sumit (20), a resident of Kottara Chowki.

Diving experts from Bengre were called early on Monday morning, and fire service personnel worked alongside the divers.

Bajpe police inspector Sandeep G S and his team are present at the site.
