Udupi, Oct 10: Anushree Naik, nurse practitioner of Kasturba Hospital, Manipal, showcased her amazing boxing skills by bagging a silver medal in the 52-54 kg category at the prestigious state level Dussehra CM Cup 2024 at Chamundi Vihara Stadium, Mysuru.
Anushree, who has consistently shown her talent in boxing, has participated in state and national level tournaments in the past and won several medals. In recognition of her recent achievement, Kasturba Hospital felicitated Anushree.
Speaking on the occasion, medical superintendent Dr Avinash Shetty said, "Anusree has a bright future in the field of boxing, we are proud of her achievement and wished her to participate in more competitions and bring glory to both the state and the nation."
