Mumbai: Subramanya Mutt Celebrates ‘Skanda Sasti’

Mumbai, Dec 2: ‘Skanda Sasti’ (Champa Sasti) religious celebrations were held at Subramanya Mutt, Chedda Nagar, Chembur, on Wednesday November 30.

Religious celebrations and cultural programmes will be held for three days under the leadership of Swami Vidhyaprasannateerta of Subramanya Mutt.


 

Temple priests Sripad Bhat, Krishnaraj Upadhya, Sridar Bhat, Krishna Bhat, and chief priest Subramanya Sharma led the religious celebrations from Wednesday morning.

Devotional singing and variety cultural programmes were also held on Wednesday evening.

A large number of devotees participated in the celebrations.
