Mumbai, Dec 7: The annual get-together of Bharat Bank Staff Welfare Club was held at Fine Arts Sivaswamy Auditorium, Chembur, on Tuesday December 6.
Bharat Co-operative Bank (Mumbai) Limited former chairman and director Jaya C Suvarna inaugurated the programme on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Suvarna hoped that the annual get-together gives an opportunity to strengthen cordial relations between the employees and board of directors.
Bharat Bank chairman Vasudev R Kotian presided over the programme.
Kotian said that an enterprise flourishes with unity among the employees. “The trust between employees and board of directors is the mantra for the enterprise to make new strides in business,” added Kotian.
The Bank’s deputy chairman Rohini J Salian and CEO B K Amin were the guests of honour on the occasion.
The Bank’s directors L V Amin, Raja V Salian, Jyoti K Suvarna, M B Sanil, Mohan G Poojary, Shankar D Poojary, N Nityanand, Bhaskar M Salian, K N Suvarna, Jaya A Kotian, former director M B Sanil, Leelavati Jaya Suvarna, Mohini V Kotian, Meena Amin, Bank chief managers C R Mulky, Anil Kumar and Vivek S Shanbagh, Raghu Poojary, Suresh S Salian, and Shobha Dayanand were present on the occasion.
Welfare Club president B K Amin welcomed the gathering. Honorary chief secretary Dinesh A Poojary proposed the vote of thanks. Assistant general managers Nityanand D Kotian and Navin Karkera compered the programme.
The top officers and staff members of various branches attended the get-together with their families.
The bank staff and their children staged various cultural programmes on the occasion.
