Mangaluru, Oct 27: Arnava Builders and Developers launched their latest residential project, Arnava Avyanna, with a Bhoomi Pooja ceremony at Urwa Store on Sunday, October 27, at 7:30 am. A stage program followed at 10 am, attended by prominent guests including K M Shetty, chairman of VK Group of Companies, Mumbai; city mayor Manoj Kumar; Ganesh Kulal, corporator of Derebail South-West ward; Shashidhar Shetty, businessman; Fr Benjamin Pinto, parish priest of Immaculate Conception Church, Lady Hill; Ajith Shetty, businessman from Bengaluru; Ajay Suvarna, advocate; and Shekar P, proprietor of Tamanvi Constructions.

The event began with the dignitaries lighting the lamp, followed by Soumya Patil, manager at Arnava Builders and Developers, introducing the new project. Chief guest Karunakar Menka Shetty officially unveiled Avyanna and extended his best wishes for its success. Fr Benjamin Pinto and corporator Ganesh Kulal released the project brochure. Fr Benjamin Pinto also presented the keys to the first owners, bestowing his blessings on the project.

Kiran Kumar Shetty, promoter of Arnava Builders and Developers, presented mementos to the dignitaries, as well as to the project management consultant Madhukar, architect Milan Boloor, and structural engineer Anil Hegde.
