Mumbai, Dec 16: The members of Konkani Catholic Association (KCA) – Nallasopara, functioning at St Francis De Sales parish, Nallasopara (East), paid a visit to Morcies Orphanage, managed by Handmaids of the Blessed Trinity Rosa Mystica Convent, Vasai (West), on Thursday December 15.
KCA Nallasopara president Harry B Coutinho led the members and distributed footwear, dresses, toiletries, food grains, and other essential items to over 150 orphaned children, besides spending a day with them.
Morcies Orphanage superior Sr Follet and Sr Margaret Lobo were present on the occasion.
KCA Nallasopara vice-president Gracy Pinto, secretary Claude D’Silva, treasurer Alwyn F D’Souza Shirva Mudarangady, executive committee members Irene D’Souza, Patrick Frates, Inez D’Souza, Mary Veigas, Hilda D’Souza, Diana Moraes, and Rohintan were present.
