Mangaluru: Wine Mela returns to Kadri Park on Dec 22

Mangaluru, Dec 20: The Wine Mela held at Kadri Park over the past two weekends received an overwhelming response from the public. Following popular demand for another event during the Christmas and New Year season, the Wine Mela is scheduled for December 22, from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm.

The event is sponsored by Ratnas Wine Gate and Shoolin Group Mangaluru, with support from the Karnataka Grapes and Wine Board (a government undertaking) and the horticultural department.

Visitors can gain insights into wine consumption, explore state, national, and international wine brands, and discover new products from various companies. The mela offers opportunities to taste wine and purchase favourite brands at attractive prices. All participating wine producers will exhibit and introduce their products.

Special Attractions

Families are encouraged to attend the event, which features a variety of entertainment programs for children. Attendees can savour and buy Christmas treats like cakes, Kuswar, Kokkis, and Nevro, alongside an array of snacks and flavoured ice creams for children.

The organizers describe the Wine Mela as a unique opportunity to enjoy a festive Sunday and have requested the public to attend in large numbers to make the most of this event.
