Bantwal, Jan 10: Speaker U T Khader, accompanied by Dakshina Kannada superintendent of police Yathish N and his team, visited the residence of Singari Beedi owner Sulaiman Haji in Bolanturu, where a recent robbery was staged by impostors posing as ED officers.
Speaking on the occasion, Khader stated that police are intensifying investigations using advanced technology and have formed four teams led by a DYSP, operating across Kerala and other states. He urged public cooperation to expedite progress.
Earlier, a confidential meeting was held with Sulaiman Haji and his son Iqbal to discuss the case. Also present were Bantwal Jamiyyatul Falah president Rashid Vitla, inspector H E Nagaraj, and sub-inspector Vidya.
