Raveena Tandon urges stricter measures for safety in Bandra

Mumbai, Jan 17: Actress Raveena Tandon has raised concerns over the rising crime rate in Bandra following the recent attack on Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan. In an Instagram post, Raveena wished Saif a speedy recovery and expressed her alarm over the safety situation in the locality.

"Targeting celebrities and soft targets in what used to be a safe residential area has become rampant, with Bandra losing out to unruly elements. Accident scams, hawker mafia, encroachers, land grabbers, and criminal elements racing on bikes for phone and chain grabbing. We need stronger measures. Wishing you a speedy recovery," she stated.

Bollywood actor Pulkit Samrat also condemned the attack, calling it 'shocking'.
