Udupi, Jan 3: All India Congress Committee secretary and Rajya Sabha member, Oscar Fernandes, has given a call to the party activists in Udupi-Chikmagalur Lok Sabha constituency to give further fillip to organizational activities at the block level, as there are indications that bypoll for this constituency will be held soon.
