Bantwal, Feb 12: A man, suffering from mental depression, ended his life by hanging himself.
The deceased, Jeevan Tavo, 37, was the son of Maxin Tavo, a resident of Amtadi.
Jeevan had been on a trip with his close friend when he began receiving troubling calls and messages. It is believed that these messages led to depression, causing him to feel distressed.
According to the statement given by his family members, he ended his life by hanging himself at home.
