Udupi: Abid Gadyal takes over as additional DC

Udupi, Feb 27: Abid Gadyal has assumed office as the new additional deputy commissioner (DC) and additional district magistrate of Udupi district, on February 26.

The handover of office was conducted from the immediate past additional deputy commissioner and additional district magistrate, Nagaraj Nayak, who officially handed over the responsibilities to Gadyal.

Previously, Abid Gadyal served as the deputy divisional officer of Indi Sub-Division in Vijayapura district, where he gained significant administrative experience.
