Mangaluru: Dharma Jyothi Social Centre organizes programme for disabled

Mangaluru, Mar 3: The Dharma Jyothi Social Centre organized a program titled ‘Appreciation is the boost for the disabled’ on Monday, March 3, along with a kit distribution event in Talapady gram panchayat.

Resource person Sr Priya D’Souza SRA emphasized that people with disabilities possess their own unique arts, skills, and talents, and it is essential to recognize and respect these abilities.

PDO Keshav Poojary gave the introductory note, while panchayat president Seetha and Sr Reena SRA were also present at the event. A total of 75 specially disabled individuals received food kits, and 262 villagers attended the event. M R W Jayaprakash compered, and V R W Sharmila proposed a vote of thanks.
