AAHL showcases next-gen Airport Operations Control Centre on the go for stakeholders

Media Release

Ahmedabad, Mar 7: Adani Airports Holdings Ltd (AAHL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd, the flagship company of the globally diversified Adani Group, has launched its Next-Gen Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC) on the go, powered by ‘aviio’, Adani Airports’ innovative digital platform.

The launch was inaugurated by union minister for civil aviation Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International (SVPI) Airport, Ahmedabad.

Traditionally confined to a physical control room, the AOCC has now evolved into a digitally advanced, mobile-first, data-driven platform, ensuring real-time situational awareness and decision-making capabilities for better planning, utilisation, and optimisation—anytime, anywhere.

With aviio’s advanced digital capabilities, airport teams and stakeholders can now manage operations on the go, making the AOCC more agile, responsive, and efficient. The platform has been designed to meet AAHL’s unique requirements for managing airports at scale, catering to a wide range of decision-makers. Leveraging advanced AI and ML technologies, the system aims to set a global benchmark for airport operations as the backbone of digital transformation initiatives.

"The launch of Next-Gen AOCC on the go powered by aviio is set to be a game-changer for Adani Airports across the country. We are no longer bound by physical spaces—operational control is now at our fingertips, allowing for faster responses, seamless coordination, and improved efficiency across all airport functions," said Jeet Adani, director, Adani Airports Holdings Ltd.

The new AOCC will have an airport-specific instance of the Airport Operations Control (APOC) that will support operations with features such as airside situational awareness, terminal situational awareness, data and video feeds, on-ground analytics, prediction capability, real-time inspection tracking across airside and terminal areas, asset tracking, and health monitoring. The aviio platform will cater to all seven operational airports under AAHL as well as the upcoming airport at Navi Mumbai.

From airside operations to passenger flow management, the next-generation AOCC aims to enhance operational efficiency, enable proactive decision-making, and improve collaboration among stakeholders. Adani Airports continues to set new benchmarks in digital innovation, reaffirming its commitment to smart, future-ready airport management.
